Rob is based in Kilworth Co Cork, married to Mary with twins Jamie and Katie, he is a follower of Kerry football and rugby as well as a founder of the Kilworth guitar society and plays a variety of instruments in the genre of rock, blues and trad, he also enjoys gardening and growing.

He also recently qualified as a Master Black Belt for Lean & 6 Sigma and is a part-time lecturing in BBS degree program and biomedical pharma at MTU. Lean both a black belt and green belt trainer – guest lectures UCC/ UL / MTU. Approved lean consultant with Enterprise Ireland Setup Lean Kaizen Consulting in 2023 and building consultancy company – over the next 2 -3 years.

I also excel in managing safety systems for byproducts, wastewater, and pest control. Additionally, I have a proven track record in successfully implementing the Origin Green program and ensuring compliance with revenue returns and regulatory requirements. With my skills in distilling and blending, I provide valuable support to the distilling team.
