Rob is based in Kilworth Co Cork, married to Mary with twins Jamie and Katie, he is a follower of Kerry football and rugby as well as a founder of the Kilworth guitar society and plays a variety of instruments in the genre of rock, blues and trad, he also enjoys gardening and growing.
He also recently qualified as a Master Black Belt for Lean & 6 Sigma and is a part-time lecturing in BBS degree program and biomedical pharma at MTU. Lean both a black belt and green belt trainer – guest lectures UCC/ UL / MTU. Approved lean consultant with Enterprise Ireland Setup Lean Kaizen Consulting in 2023 and building consultancy company – over the next 2 -3 years.

Brenda is an experienced lecturer and programme manager for Adult Continuing Education at UCC and a Lead Advanced Level Trainer for WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) with a global reach. She is the Project Director for Connect Well in Cork/Kerry, a Social Impact Consultant with Lean Kaizen Consulting, and a member of the National Office of Engagement and Recovery Advisory Board.
With over a decade in mental health education and two decades in community development, Brenda is passionate about sustainability, mindfulness, and compassionate leadership. She holds master’s degrees in Higher Education, Coaching, and EFT.
