Lean Start: SoftTrace Ltd Testimonial
Every day across the globe our customers use our software for process optimisation , waste reduction and improving efficencies in manufacturing plants.
As a company implementing a growth strategy,continuos improvement is key to our commercial sustainability. SoftTrace Ltd took the decision to implement our own process optimisation for project implementation using Lean Methodology. As a management team we decided to look internally at the business in a different way to identify any existing process inefficencies or wastes that would hinder business growth.
With Enterprise Ireland and our DA James Maloney supporting us, we embarked on a Lean Start Project with Lynn Harte leading the SoftTrace project team.
Dedicating project resources and time, investing in White Belt Training for our student placements Laura Mockler and David Ciuciu,and gaining valuable collaborative input from the whole operations team made this project succesful achieving its goals and objectives.
